Corp străin intracoledocian
Intracholedocian Foreign Body
(P.V., f., 47 ani / years old)
 
Clinical Manifestations: patient operated 2 years ago (cholecistectomy, choledocolitotomy, external biliary dreinage with "T" tube), admitted for colicative pain to the right hypocondrium, fever, jaundice syndrome.
Clinic: pacientă operată în urmă cu 2 ani (colecistectomie, coledocolitotomie, drenaj biliar extern pe tub Kehr), se internează pentru durere colicativă în hipocondrul drept, febră, sindrom icteric.
 
Laboratory: total bilirubinemia - 4,1 mg %, conjugated bilirubinemia - 2,8 mg%.
Laborator: bilirubinemie totală - 4,1 mg %; bilirubinemie directă - 2,8 mg %
Intraoperative Photograph: subhepatic colection whence it`s extracted a foreign body (compress), with an extremity into the choledoc; cateterisation of fistulous orifice (2 cm) with Foley tube. 
Aspect intraoperator: colecție subhepatică din care se extrage corp străin (compresa) aflat cu o extremitate în coledoc; cateterizarea orificiului fistulos coledocian (circa 2 cm) cu sonda Foley.

Intraoperative Cholangioscopy: the choledoc downward of the fistula (A); biliary tree upward of the fistula (B).
Colangioscopie intraoperatorie: coledocul distal de fistulă  (A); arborele biliar în amonte de fistulă (B).
Intraoperative Photograph: choledocojejunostomy side-to side (omega loop), Rosanov stricture, transanastomotic drenaige a la Witzel. 
Aspect intraoperator: coledocojejunoanastomoză pe ansă în omega, cu stricțiune Rosanov, și drenaj transanastomotic a la Witzel.
Operatory Specimen: intracholedocian foreign body (compress).
Piesa operatorie: compresa intracoledociană.
